The Guangdong Golf Team has been training with John Graham Fitness trainers every week at Fusion Fitness Gym in Shekou.

These promising young golfers are looking to improve their game by training for strength, power, and flexibility as well as building some extra muscle mass and to correct muscular imbalances that will help take them to the next level in golf.

The Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Rows, and other core strengthening exercises and flexibility drills are big part of their weight training program.
